The Route
The RFJ 5K starts from historic Nicollet Island, hops over the Hennepin Avenue Bridge, dips into downtown Minneapolis, and winds its way back across the Stone Arch Bridge. With one final stretch on the cobbled streets of St. Anthony Main, the 5K finish line is right back where the runners departed on the Merriam Street Bridge. NEW: We are pursuing NASTF course certification and hope to have that process completed by race day.
