Registration Details

There are 2 easy ways to register for the race.

Important Details

  • Early Registration Deadline: March 26, 2010!
  • Be sure to sign participant waiver.
  • Sunday, April 25, 2010
  • NEW START TIME: 9:00 AM 5K Fun Run/Walk Start
  • 7:30 – 8:45 AM Check-in & Race Day Registration
  • Nicollet Island Pavilion area (40 Power Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401

Early packet pick-up (race shirt and timing chip) will be Friday, April 23th at the Law School, Noon – 6 pm.  Shirts and chips can also be picked up on Race Day.*

Includes: Race shirt (long sleeve for adults, short sleeve youth-sized t-shirt for kids 5 and up), water, post-race snacks. T-shirt guaranteed for early registrants (by 3/26/10)- sizes available on a first come, first served basis upon check-in. Availability of shirts to late/race-day participants as supplies last.

At this time, a Kids Dash is NOT scheduled.  If we are able to add this back to the RFJ festivities, we will be sure to post the details on this page. 

All abilities welcome.  Strollers acceptable for young children.  Please no bikes or pets.  Service dogs welcome.
